  • Grab your family/friends and make a team of 5! Select one person to the be the captain of the team!

  • No team? No problem just sign up as an individual and we can assign you to a team!

  • Each team that reaches the 55 miles will receive an official “BOOK IT” medal for each team member.

  • Registration is $25 per team member/ registration ends on September 19, 2020.

This is a virtual fundraiser designed to get you up and moving while raising money for charity. You can complete the goal as a team or all on your own. The choice is up to you! You also get to select your favorite exercise(s) to help achieve the miles. All you need to do is keep track of your activity!

Proceeds from the Book IT Challenge will be donated to the KLM Foundation for Book Scholarships! Please feel free to check out all the wonderful work this foundation is doing to help make higher education affordable KLMFoundation.org.

Not only are you getting up and moving  but you are also giving back to a wonderful foundation!!

  • Do all the team members have to select the same days to complete the miles?

    • No, totally up to you. We will ask your captain to report the miles for the team on a daily basis.

  • I don’t have a team, can I still participate?

    • Absolutely, if you would like to be assigned to a team just let us know or you can do it on your own! You set your goal anywhere between 11- 55 miles just let us know!

  • Is there a limit as to how many miles one person can do per day?

    • No. There isn't a per day limit. Just make sure you consult a physician first before starting any exercise program.

  • How do I track the miles?

    • You can use any tracking device to track your miles ( i.e. Apple Watch, Nike App, etc) Once you have completed your miles for the day, report that information to your captain!

  • How will I receive my medal?

    • Medals will be provided to your captain. If your captain was assigned to you we will make arrangements to get your medal to you.

  • I still have more questions, who do I contact?

  • Can I be on more than one team?

    • We ask that you dedicate your miles to one team. Save some miles for the rest of us 😊!
