Did you know that jumping rope for 10 minutes is equivalent to running an 8 minute mile? Jumping rope is an effective cardio exercise that works your arms, legs, and core. It also improves balance, strengthens bones and improves coordination. Jump into this active, heart-healthy, exciting class! Learn basic to intermediate single rope skills, partner tricks, long rope games and double dutch. All skill levels are welcomed.
