FIND YOUR FIT

"FIND YOUR FIT” is a fitness program created by La Verne Burrus-Johnson, owner of iDanze Fitness. Based on a group fitness philosophy, FIND YOUR FIT is a community initiative that allows participants to try different fitness activities throughout metro Richmond. FIND YOUR FIT is dedicated to helping participants find fitness activities that fit their lifestyles, which increase the likelihood of making a lifetime commitment. Basically, FIND YOUR FIT is about getting people involved in fun fitness activities while interacting with others. Participants are encouraged to focus on monitoring their key risk health factors throughout the various activities.

 

Who should sign up: This program is for all fitness levels! It will serve adults in the Richmond area, with a primary focus on monitoring key risk health factors.

 

Timeframe: From July - September, 2019, we will complete more than 10 different fitness formats, including boxing, aerial yoga, Zumba, trap pilates and more!! 

 

How it works: 

1. Create an account by pressing the register button below

2. Come back here and pay the $30 registration (plus $2 processing) fee and you will have full access to the Find Your Fit Calendar!

 

Once you are registered, you will have access to sign up for each week’s activities! All July classes are available now! August and September classes will be posted each Sunday. Sign up early; classes have limited spaces! Sign up ends July 1st or when the program is full.
